The Community Foundation of the Rappahannock River Region began formal operations in 1998. Since that time, thousands of donors have contributed through the Community Foundation and have support programs in the Arts, Health, Education, Economic, and Community Development areas. The Foundation serves the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.
