On-site services are provided without charge to incarcerated consumers by RACSB staff assigned on a full-time basis to the Rappahannock Regional Jail and the Rappahannock Juvenile Detention Center.

Services include crisis counseling, substance abuse treatment, medication management and release planning for persons with serious mental illness. Staff arrange transfer to state psychiatric facilities for mentally ill inmates who cannot be maintained in the correctional setting.
